Wheatears and Butterflies

Sunny, 21º, light SW.

Had a call from TW to say there were 8 Wheatears on the south side of Lollingdon hill this morning and still there at 16:00 including some cracking males. Also a singing Corn Bunting and a Grey Heron seen distantly.

Cholsey Marsh, much the same as yesterday.

5 Butterfly species today – Comma, Brimstone, Small Tortoishell, Peacock and Orange Tip.
