Pretty quiet but another rarity

Another sunny day clouding over later, 16°, light SSE.

Another local rarity today with a flyover Woodlark on Church Road, calling frequently. Per Richard Broughton.

And a single flyover Swallow over the Station Road allotments this afternoon.

River area somewhat quiet. Chiffchaff and Cetti’s Warbler in song along the river plus a Kingfisher.

Bunk line area very quiet, just a few Chiffchaff present.

Mammals: Roe Deer.

Dragonflies: Common Darter.

Butterflies: Peacock & Red Admiral.
