Cloudy with a hazy mist, 19°, breezy NNE.

A quiet time out at Lollingdon today, good numbers of Yellowhammer, Skylark and Common Whitethroat still singing and several Corn Bunting around the Hill.

Several Chiffchaff and Blackcap in song as well and a Kestrel, Sparrowhawk and Little Owl also noted.

Mammals: Brown Hare and Roe Deer.

Reptiles: just the 1 Common Lizard today.

Butterflies: the only one seen today was a lone Meadow Brown. Yesterday 2 Large Skipper (per TR).
