Starlings

A few sunny intervals, 20°, light SSW.

Woken this morning at about 06:30 with squawking Starling young. Looked out the window and there were c30 Starling in the garden with several on the feeders. Approx. 10 adults and the rest were youngsters.

The Nuthatch in the garden at the same time.

Sat outside Bean & Brew on St Mary’s Street Wallingford this afternoon and a Banded Demoiselle flew past heading towards town. Second time I have seen one there in recent week, the Thames is approx. 600m away along a busy road.
