Ruff day

A few sunny periods, 6º, light ESE.

A quick check on the floods over Cholsey hill produce a flock of up to 500 Lapwing today also a handful of Golden Plover and at least 4 Ruff.

The so called Moreton floods are an area of arable and grazing land and a few horse paddocks intersected by a couple of streams and bordered by Cholsey, South & North Moreton, Brightwell and Wallingford.
