All quiet out at Lollingdon

Overcast with almost constant light rain, 12°, light WSW.

A rather damp day with very little noted, a wet week culminating in a thunderstorm this evening.

Most resident and summer visitors have all settled down in breeding mode and all the usual’s seen.

A handful of Swift over the hill and a Treecreeper heard singing and a Little Owl seen.

Appears to have been a good spring for Starling, loads of youngsters around.

Mammals: Roe Deer & Brown Hare.
